Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Tires can ONLY be exchanged or returned PRIOR to installation in 30 days, they must be unused. Final sale items are NOT eligible for return, refund or exchange.
To start a return, you can contact us at tirexyyc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll connect with you about instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Final sale items are NOT eligible for return, refund or exchange and are also NOT covered under warranty.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item within 30 days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you have received items that appear to be damaged or incorrect, please send an e-mail to tirexyyc@gmail.com and include images of what you have received along with your order number within 24 hours of delivery. Any damaged products reported after 24 hours of the delivery date may not guarantee a replacement, and any claim received more than 48 hours after delivery will not be accepted.
Please note that once mounted and/or used, damaged/incorrect items are considered accepted as received and can no longer be exchanged or returned.
Warranty
Limited Warranty:
1. Tires are covered under a limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials for up to 50,000 km or 1 year from the date of purchase (whichever comes first) .
2. Damage is NOT covered under warranty.
3. Tires used in commercial service have no mileage warranty. Such as mail carrier, taxi cab or ride sharing vehicles.
4. If a defective tire covered under this warranty cannot be replaced with an identical product due to unavailability, TIREXGO will issue a full refund for the defective tire.
5. The warranty is for the exclusive benefit of the original purchaser listed on the receipt.
