SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Use ("Terms") and should be read alongside them. It applies to every order you place with us.

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING OR DELIVERY?
No. We do not offer shipping or delivery of any kind, including free shipping, express shipping, same-day delivery, or international shipping. All orders are picked up in person at our Calgary pickup location.

HOW DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?
1. Place your order on our website.
2. Call or text us at (587) 707-1740, or email tirexyyc@gmail.com, to arrange a pickup time. Please do not come to the pickup location before you have arranged a time with us, because someone needs to be there to help you.
3. We'll confirm the pickup address and time with you.
4. If you ordered online, bring your order number.

WHERE IS THE PICKUP LOCATION?
Our pickup location is in northeast Calgary. We'll give you the exact address when you arrange your pickup time.
